These custom design packaging boxes are planned by the product designers and are made as per the specifications of the products, such as, the size, shape, weight or the nature of the products.
Commonly, the packaging boxes for the products are made in the boxes which may be styled, particularly, for the product. It may be made in any design but almost all the product boxes are either made as two piece box or the flip lid styled boxes.
For the making of the boxes, basically, two types of the materials are applied; the cardboard or the synthetic plastic. If the product boxes are to be disposed after the consumption of the product, the disposable and the recyclable cardboard is used to make the boxes. But if the products and their packaging is to be retained for a long time to come, the synthetic plastic materials are mostly applied.
Similarly, the printing of the product boxes depends upon the nature and the specific usage of the products. Different styled printing is made for the products of daily usage, for the high priced products, for the products falling in the different target markets, for the products having the different gender usage and so on. For the custom printed product packaging box, the two types of the printings are generally applied, that is, the hot styled printing or the real life and CMYK basic color blends.
